Snow Ball Cookies
2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
4 t. vanilla
2 t. almond extract
1 c. almonds, finely chopped
4 c. flour
1 c. powdered sugar, for coating
Mix and bake 250 for 45 min.
These cookies do not rise or spread.
While cookies are still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
