Perfect Pie Crusts

Perfect Pie Crust

 
4 c. flour
1 T. sugar
3 t. salt
1 ¾ c. shortening
1 ½ c. water
1 egg
1 T. white vinegar

Mix dry ingredients, cut-in shorting until crumbles in bowl. Beat egg, water and vinegar in small bowl. Combine to crumbles. Roll out and put in pie pans. Bake 350 until golden.
